Built in 1895 by Baron Fausto Patrone, Villa Corco-Sordi belonged to the painter Vittorio Corcos in the 19th century. In 1962, the villa was purchased by the famed Italian actor, Alberto Sordi, who called it "the villa for wonderful holidays”.

The gated property consists of a main villa with 2 outbuildings, surrounded by just under an acre of lush gardens, and featuring a pool overlooking the sea. Further beyond, private access to your reserved beach awaits.

The 9687 square foot villa has been restored and features beautiful frescoes and luxurious finishes throughout, with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, several reception rooms, and a “Torreta” (Tuscan tower room) with a panoramic terrace.

The two outbuildings contain 2 bedrooms suites each, with a private garden and entrance.

Located on the Etruscan Coast, the property is perched on a cliff with breathtaking sea views and close proximity to the village of Castiglioncello.
