Rumors have been circulating that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have found their dream home in the ritzy suburb of Beverly Hills in a reported off-market deal.

The property is most known as the former home of actors Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman who lived at the compound for over 20 years, and was purchased by the Australian billionaire James Packer for $60M back in 2018.

In early June, multiple news outlets reported sightings of moving trucks at both Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s homes in LA, in addition to moving trucks and her vehicle spotted outside this incredible Beverly Hills estate.

Located on a cul-de-sac near the famed Los Angeles Country Club, the four-building compound offers 29,,000 square feet of interiors space with a 7-bedroom main house, multiple guest houses, and an entertainment complex featuring a screening room, climate-controlled wine cellar, lounge, and a cigar room.

The property comes with a sizeable swimming pool and an 8-car garage.
