[VIDEO] Tom Ford's $75 Million Ranch is Very 'Tom Ford'

Tom Ford, fashion designer, screenwriter, and director, has listed his estate in New Mexico. Located in the Galisteo Basin right outside of Santa Fe, the estate known as Cerro Pelon Ranch was listed for $75 million in 2016. The photos show that the property is a modern work of art.

Designed by architect Tadao Ando and overseen by architect and design-build firm Marmol Radziner the property has 20,000 acres (which is more land than Manhattan) with 2 compounds personally designed by Tadao. The first compound has the main residence with a beautiful reflecting pool and a stables for 8 horses. There are 4 separate staff quarters and 2 private guest houses which were designed by Marmol Radziner.

The property features 2 riding rings, (an indoor and an outdoor), a tennis court, a home with a detached office for the ranch manager, and an air strip with airplane hanger for private planes. Also included is a film set named Silverado Movie Town where several films have been shot including: Silverado, Wild Wild West, All the Pretty Horses, and others.

Interestingly there are architectural plans and scale models for another residential compound designed by Tadao Ando but never built. The compound was planned for the highest point of the ranch.
